Message	do you have? My '95 Nissan Book is at home, so I just checked my CD version which is '90 I think, and it says - "tighten nuts to 38 to 44 N-m (3.9 to 4.5 kg-m, 28 to 33 ft-lb)" for the second tightening step. Be sure to post the year of your svc. man. and maybe even the page #'s so that others can make the proper notes and not make the same mistake. : Tightening torque of connecting rod end cap bolts. : 1st turn to 12-14 ft-lbs. : 2nd turn to 43-48 ft-lbs.
